Outer Campo Ma�an National Park area

"Another stunning colour variant from the Campo Ma�an National Park area. This particular form was found just outside the boundaries of Campo Ma'an National Park, and once again it shows how variable�and fascinating�this species truly is. Compared to other forms, this variant displays a more yellow-gold overall coloration, combined with extensive iridescent zones in both the dorsal and caudal fins. Depending on the light and the fish�s mood, these shimmering areas can be absolutely breathtaking. Without doubt, this is one of my favourite colour variants of Benitochromis riomuniensis � a perfect example of how much hidden diversity still waits to be fully understood in Cameroon�s rainforest waters." - Michel Keijman
