First Four Internationally Registered Cultivars of Nelumbo.

Abstract: The article reports the registration of Nelumbo nucifera Pink Lips from the U.S., Chandrakomen from Thailand, Zhizun Qianban from China and Ken's Dream from China under horticulture professor Dr. Ken Tilt in the International Cultivar Registration Authority. Nelumbo nucifera Pink Lips was officially registered on August 20, 2008. The International Waterlily and Water Gardening Society (IWGS) was appointed as registrar for cultivars of both Nelumbo and Nymphaea in 1998.
